These were a series of wine labels I did. I made rough sketches first and then took them into Illustrator and traced them. I created textures and aged them in Photoshop. I also made tags to hang from each of the bottles. This was my favorite project to date.
I really loved the way this turned out Amy. Looking at the one previous in the class mini critique, you really made good changes to the Alice looking into the mirror, I love the drop shadow below her and the way you made the mirror square with type inside of it really tied it all together. Everything looks so clean and the colors all work well against any wine bottle. The subject matter Alice in Wonderland is something that anyone can relate to, awesome job!
ReplyDeleteTo me, this doesn't seem entirely like a wine label because of the cartoon and child-like feel they give off. I can definitely say, though, I've never seen a Wine Label like this before! :-)
