Great drawings! The detail on the feathers is very realistic. In World's Best Boss you really captured great facial expression and used the darks and lights to create a nice contrast and make the image pop.
Your pencil drawings all have wonderful detail and I agree that the feathers have great detail and are very realisitc. The charcoal drawing is great and I like how you have detail and highlights in his hair.
